Self-Esteem

You have good points and bad points. There is no reason why you should be the only person on earth who doesn’t. Despite your flaws and weaknesses, you are no less worthy or unworthy of affection, esteem or forgiveness. The same goes for how you accept the reality of others. There is no reason why people should always treat you fairly or respectfully, other than that you would prefer it over some other behavior. Your life and the people you encounter do not have to behave in any other way than the way they choose to behave.

Unpleasantness is never awful and it is nearly always bearable.

You are a grand combination of strengths, weaknesses, assets and flaws.  To deny that dimension of yourself is to deny the promise you possess for learning, changing and evolving.

Celebrate your weaknesses!

Look them square in the eye.

Ultimately you might make a weakness into a positive force in your personality.

First, you will have to see your weaknesses.

Nothing can better bring you peace than yourself.
